Touch Navigation
For iPhone and Touch Screen Android PhonesThis website has been optimized for use with touch screen devices. We have added a navigation system that lets a user with a touch screen device draw simple shapes on the screen to navigate this web app.
Please note: because this is a tutorial page the touch navigation has been disabled. If you draw one of the navigation shapes you will receive a pop up box confirming the shape you've drawn and the intended action. All other pages on this site have the navigation enabled.
Navigation Symbols:
Home - Triangle - draw a triangle starting on the page header to go to the home screen.
So on the screen you would draw:
Try it! - go back to the top of this page and try drawing a triangle. The page will let you know when you've successfully drawn the shape.
Back - Back Arrow - draw a very simple arrow that points to the left on the left hand side of the screen to go back.
On the touch screen you would draw:
Try it! - go back to the top of this page and try drawing the arrow. The page will let you know when you've successfully drawn the shape.
Forward - Forward Arrow - draw a very simple arrow that points to the right on the right hand side of the screen to forward.
On the screen you would draw:
Try it! - go back to the top of this page and try drawing the arrow. The page will let you know when you've successfully drawn the shape.
Search - Diamond - starting on the page header draw a large diamond to go to the search screen.
On the screen you would draw:
Try it! - go back to the top of this page and try drawing a circle. The page will let you know when you've successfully drawn the shape.
